Aims & Objects of Society
- To manage the Charitable Association run by “VERTEX CHAMBER OF COMMERCE“
- To promote and facilitate the resolution of disputes through arbitration.
- To provide a speedy and cost-effective dispute resolution mechanism.
- To encourage the use of arbitration and providing a framework for the conduct of arbitration proceedings.
- Assisting in the resolution of commercial and industrial disputes in a timely manner, by providing a means for doing so. Aiding in the speedy resolution of disputes within a reasonable time frame.
- Providing access to justice to the parties involved in such disputes so as to ensure that their rights are protected.
- Promoting good faith negotiations between parties involved in commercial or industrial disputes.
- Allowing parties to resolve disputes in a cost-effective manner.
- Encouraging the use of alternative dispute resolution methods such as mediation and arbitration.
- Ensuring that all parties are provided with fair and equitable treatment.
- Reducing Court intervention
- Providing for speedy disposal of the disputes.
- Amicable, swift and cost-efficient settlement of disputes.
- Ensuring that arbitration proceedings are conducted in a just, fair and effective manner.
- Comprehensively dealing with international commercial arbitration and conciliation asalso domestic arbitration and conciliation.
- Facilitating arbitrator to resort to mediation, conciliation or other procedure during thearbitral proceedings to encourage settlement of disputes.
- To provide good and qualitative legal education.
- To generate funds for the sole purpose of fulfillment of aims and objective of the society.
- To make rules for the smooth and independent functioning of Arbitration proceedings allocated to the association and associated arbitrators engaged with the association.
- To mobilize resources for supporting the Objects of the Association.
- To acquire, purchase or otherwise own or take on lease or hire in the functioning states, temporarily or permanently, any moveable or immoveable property necessary or convenient for the furtherance of the Objects of the Association.
- To employ and pay any staff as necessary or convenient for the furtherance of the Objects of the Association.
- To engage Independent Arbitrators or constitute panel of arbitrators for smooth functioning of the Arbitration Proceedings.
- To Promote the online arbitration proceedings to make the arbitration proceedings in the reach of each any every person.
- To educate the society about the concept of rights in the frame of Constitution of India;
- CIVIL AND POLITICAL RIGHTS: Right to Life, Liberty, Free Speech, Movement, and Political thought, religious practice, Fair Trial, Privacy, to raise a Family, to Vote.
- ECONOMIC, SOCIAL & CULTURAL RIGHTS: Adequate Food and Water, Health Care, Education, Clean Environment, Respect for Cultural Practices, Welfare Assistance.
- HUMANITARIAN RIGHTS: Rights of those who are affected by armed conflict, prisoners of war, wounded, women and children; for necessary care and treatment.
- RIGHTS OF CATEGORIES OF PEOPLE: Worker’s Rights, Women’s Rights, Children’s Rights, Minority groups, Refugees, Disabled.
